Anyone make cool music beats?

I was looking for anyone out there who makes sick beats that someone like Lil Wayne, Eminem, and Drake etc. would use. I am only 18 and pretty decent at rhyming. I would like to try to change any beats into a song/rap.

What do i need to make a good, cheap, in-home recording studio?
